Whatever user name you select will
have 'hr' added to it by the system. For
example if your user name selected is 'bob'
when accessing the news server you would use 'hrbob'
as your user name.

RENEWALS:
Your
Subscription will automatically rebill until canceled.
You may cancel yourself automatically at any time using
our 24hour Online Customer Service interface. 900 Telephone
subscriptions are a 1 time charge and expire at the
end of the billing cycle.
Your
Username and Password will be emailed to you shortly
after the transaction is completed.
IMPORTANT:
When
filling out the information on the registration page
be sure that you enter your name and address exactly
as it appears on your credit card statement. Failure
to do so will result in your card being declined.
IMPORTANT:
New
subscriptions are added to the database about 6 times
per day during database updates. Depending on the time
ordered can be some processing delay.
