What is FLOODING? it is the act of filling a group(s), with unwanted posts that are on, or off topic, pushing your point, freedom of speech is important, but not to the point of damaging any person, and or group to prove your point of view. If your posting access is disabled, it will remain so indefinitely. No refunds will be issued for this reason.

SYSTEM SECURITY

I will not attempt to bypass any security and/or access features of this site.

VIOLATIONS

If I use these services in violation of this agreement, I understand I may be in violation of local, federal and or civil laws. I agree to be responsible for all legal fees and loss of any income due the owners, Corporate Officers of this site. I understand that my membership will be canceled without notice or refund.

USE OF INFORMATION

I will not use or provide any information about or contained within this site against the providers, owners, Corporate Officers, and/or creators of this site in any type of action, legal or otherwise.

CANCELING AND REFUNDS

Absolutely no refunds will be given after a username and password have been issued. If we find a charge has been forcefully refunded or charged back, you will be in violation of this agreement. You may cancel your membership at any time, by utilizing the online custer support interface. This is included in the email receipt issued to you by CCBill, (Billing Company) along with your account username and password. Your account will then be canceled at the end of your subscription period.

Chargebacks or forced refunds from your account will also cause you to be listed in an online fraud database. This will prevent you from using your credit card, or phone number on the internet again with over 70,000 companies that use CCBill for their online billing. If you were never assigned a username and password due to an error on the part of HornyRob.net you may either have the charge refunded or we will activate your account and compensate you (with extra time or a free account upgrade) for any lost time. We will not issue refunds for any other reason, with the exception of fraud (read below for details).

Download Limits

Currently our download limits are set to 250mb, 750mb or 1500mb account per day. We reserve the right to modify these settings at any time. We offer no guarantee (written or implied) that these setting will remain permanent.

30, 60, or 90 day account

Purchasing a 30, 60, or 90 day account does not "grandfather" you into any particular set of download limits or other settings.

Acceptable use of account

Personal accounts may be used for the subscribers personal use only. You may NOT use this account to feed a news server or news caching server. Any such use will be grounds for immediate account termination. NO refunds will be issued if your account is canceled for this reason.

FRAUD

If your credit card or phone number was fraudulently used to gain access to this service, FAX a copy of the Police Report to us at 215-243-3138. We will have CCBill bv refund the charge and have your credit card or phone number blocked from anyone ever using it with CCBill bv again. We will provide this information to the FBI and/or Interpol for substantiation of criminal fraud charges. We take fraud very seriously, and will press charges, both criminal and civil. Users who commit fraud by gaining access to our sites and then by what ever means obtain refunds, are committing fraud against a corporation in interstate commerce.

A Note from our billing company regarding refunds and fraud claims:

It should be noted that, with very few exceptions, every credit card refund results in that card number being entered into CCBill bv's negative database. This is our in-house record of past problem customers. Yes, it's possible for a never-before-encountered credit card number to fraudulently buy from one Delions LLC client... once. After that, the card number is forever blocked from purchasing anything from any Delions LLC client.

Anyone who thinks about requesting a refund by falsely claiming his card was used fraudulently had better be sure that he will never again want to use that card on over 160,000 web sites.
